Payment Data

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or banking details. We receive only transaction confirmation and subscription status from Paddle.

Communications

If you contact our support team, we retain the content of that correspondence to resolve your request and improve our service.

• To provide and personalise the Service: match fresh job listings to your profile, generate tailored CV summaries and cover letters, and deliver your daily job digest.
• To manage your account and subscription, including billing and support.
• To send you transactional emails (job digest, account notifications, subscription receipts).
• To send marketing communications — only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To analyse aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the quality and accuracy of our matching algorithms.

AI Model Providers

To generate tailored documents, relevant portions of your professional profile and selected job descriptions are sent to third-party AI model providers. Payment Processor

Paddle processes subscription payments on our behalf as Merchant of Record. Paddle's privacy policy governs the payment data they collect.

Analytics & Infrastructure

We use industry-standard infrastructure and analytics tools to operate and improve the Service. These sub-processors are contractually bound to maintain data security and confidentiality.

Legal Disclosure
